Canada Housing Market is Stabilizing

Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation CMHC perdict that Canada'a Housing Market is stabilizing with New housing starts are perdicted to be 186,200 units for 2010 and 174,800 units for 2011.  Resales of exisitng home through MLS are perdicted to be 440,300 in 2010 and 438,400 in 2011.
